How do I book an appointment? Head over to the ARTISTS page and research which artist you would like to work with, you’ll find an Appointment Request Form on the page of your artist of choice.
When will I hear back from my artist? Each artist is an independent contractor and as such makes their own schedules including when and how often they respond to inquiries. General response times are outlined on your respective ARTISTS profile page above their Appointment Request Forms.
How much do you charge? Our artists have varying rates. Please contact your artist of choice for more info regarding pricing.
What is your studio minimum? Our artists determine their own minimum charge. Please contact your artist of choice for more info regarding their minimum.
Do you do piercings? No, we do not offer piercings.
Do I have to be 18 to get tattooed? Absolutely. You must be 18 and bring a valid state or government issued ID such as a driver's license or passport to your appointment. No exceptions.
Do you take walk ins? We do not accept walk ins at this time.
What is a consultation? This is when you will discuss your tattoo idea with the artist before booking for the actual tattoo appointment. Please know what you want before setting up a consultation. Please research your artist to make sure they match the style you are seeking. We also ask that you come prepared with an open mind and allow the artist to guide you toward making better choices for your design as not every idea translates well as a tattoo.
What is a deposit, how much is it, and why is it non-refundable? A deposit secures your appointment and lets us know you are as serious about your tattoo as we are. Each artist takes deposits in varying amounts depending on project size. Our deposits are non-refundable because this guarantees that an artist will receive some compensation for the work put in prior to your appointment in the event that you no show or cancel without adequate notice.
Can I bring a friend? At this time we prefer you do not bring anyone to your appointment unless otherwise arranged with your artist prior to your appointment.
How do I reschedule my appointment? The best way is to contact the artist directly by whichever means they’ve instructed you to do so or you can email the shop at info@subrosatattoostudio.com
